- Take Exit 341 to merge onto Montgomery Drive
- Take Wynnefield Avenue to US 1 South / City Avenue
- Merge onto US 30 West / East Lancaster Avenue
- Turn Right on Hampstead Circle

- Merge onto State Route 1040 / Colonial Howard Boulevard
- Follow US – 222 South toward Lancaster
- Merge onto York Road
- Turn Left onto PA – 501 South
