Hello, our names our Stephen and Kristy and Thank You for looking at our profile. We understand that you are making the most important decision in your life and we commend you for it. We chose Adoptions From The Heart and open adoption in general because this will allow us the joy of parenthood, while still guaranteeing that the child will truly know how much they are loved by you.
To give you a brief synopsis of our history, we met thru a mutual friend and after three years of dating we got married on June 1, 2012. Like every couple, we had our ups and downs, but from the very beginning we knew we found our best friend in each other. After a lot of discussion, we knew that adoption was the only option for us since Kristy cannot conceive. We both couldn’t fathom not having children in our life and are very excited that this opportunity will give us the chance to fulfill our dreams of parenthood. As a couple, we enjoy movies, sports and pretty much just spending time with each other any way we can.
Family is extremely important to both of us and we are all very close. We either have weekly family gatherings or talk on the phone constantly. We are all excited for this new child to arrive.
Feel free to ask us any questions you may have. Thanks for considering us.

I am a friend of Louise’ at Kiowa; Dale and my hbsaund Charles played golf together for many years. I imagine they’re having a round or two on the Greens Of Heaven. Our 19-year old grandson was born with a severe heart defect; had his first surgery at 5 days, reconstruction at 2, and 3 pulmonary valve implants before he was 5. At one time he began having several blood clots in his brain and we were fearful he wouldn’t pull through. He’s a great kid, in his 2nd year of college, aspiring to be a football coach. I know Grayson is going to be okay and send up prayers of healing for him every days.Blessings to his family, good friends and all the medical staff who work with him toward perfect health.Pat Gunn
