Annual Family Picnics: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Connecticut & New York!

We thank you for allowing us to be a part of bringing your family together. Join the Adoptions From The Heart staff and families (both domestic and international) as we celebrate families brought together by adoption.

Heart & Soul’d shopping booth (proceeds go to AFTH’s Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund)
