My name is Lauren, my husband is Justin and we have been together for 9 years. We have a wonderful and lively little boy Nathan, whom we adopted almost three years ago through an open adoption. Nathan is the most important thing in our lives, and we are ready to expand our family and to be able to give that much love to another child.

Family is the center of our universe, though we do strive to keep up with our outside interests. We are with a different part of our extended family almost weekly, and love to vacation and have family dinner and game nights. All of our relatives are within an hour of us, so we are able to have a great support system.

Besides the three of us, we have a dog, a cat, and a horse. We spend a lot of our time outdoors playing with Nathan, or inside playing with legos, puzzles, and reading. Justin is an avid cyclist, and I love to ride my horse, read, and paint.
