For over 50 years, Prantl’s Bakery has been a Pittsburgh institution. This family-owned business was founded in 1967 by Henry and Joyce Prantl, who retired 40 years later in 2007. The flagship location of the bakery has actually had a bakery in continuous operation for over 100 years. It’s a German-style bakery with a huge range of options, including their famous Burnt Almond Torte. Our Pittsburgh adoption agents think Prantl’s Bakery is the premier choice for baked goods, whether you’re looking for something for a special occasion or just looking to appease your sweet tooth.
