(Wynnewood, PA) – Adoptions From The Heart (AFTH) is pleased to announce it has received $250 from The Koening Family Charitable Fund of The Philadelphia Foundation, following a recommendation by Steven and Teresa Koenig. These funds will support Adoptions From The Heart’s Expectant and Birth Parent Support Fund.
The Expectant and Birth Parent Support Fund provides aid to birth parents experiencing financial hardship, before and after placement. The fund helps men and women, obtain fundamental needs, such as food – safe and permanent housing – clothing, etc. Our services also include comprehensive counseling and support groups – to help uplift and empower birth parents to reach their full potential.
