This week is National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW). National Infertility Awareness Week was founded in 1989 by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. The goal of NIAW is to get rid of the stigma surrounding infertility by raising awareness about the disease. By encouraging others to speak out about the disease, we will learn that the diagnosis infertility are more common than we realize.
Michaelina Bendig, BA is an adoption counselor who works out of the AFTH Wynnewood, PA office. Michaelina has been through many highs and lows within her journey to becoming a parent.
