First we are starting with a couple of special small businesses who we are highlighting. These businesses are owned by members of the adoption community and have supported Adoptions From the Heart throughout the year. 1. Heart & Soul’d
Located in Swarthmore, PA, this thrift store is owned by adoptive mothers Terry and Kristen, whose daughters were adopted through Adoptions From The Heart. Heart & Soul’d is dedicated to giving back to their Mission Matches. Their Mission Matches are local non-profits who they support and do fundraisers for. This year we are honored to become Heart & Soul ‘d’s fourth Mission Match organization. They have been a huge support of AFTH’s mission and hosted fundraisers such as the Princess Diana Eagles Jacket fundraiser, and Saint Joseph University. So far they have raised over $3,650 for Adoptions From the Hear this year!

The Rob Nash Golf Company was founded by Corey which is an adoptive father with a vision of golf merchandise that shows diversity and culture in the game of golf. Rob Nash Golf inspires for diversity in the game and pride themselves on classy golf wear with an urban feel.
Every year they put on a fundraiser called the Rob Nash Gold Tournament that raises money for non-profits such as Adoptions From The Heart. We are incredible thankful for Corey and his family for his continued support!

Tavern on The Green is a Central Park staple, the historic restaurant has been capturing the spirit of New York City since 1934. 5. “I Am Precious, I Am Loved” by Roslyn Davis
Adoptee Roslyn Davis is the Author of the book I Am Precious, I am Loved which creates a positive journey for children who need it most. The book is about an adoptee name Skylar with two families. Being adopted is a special undertaking and no two stories are the same. Through the eyes of the adoptee there is always a story to tell. This book was created by Roslyn to let children know they are loved and precious.
This year Roslyn partnered with Adoptions From The Heart to put on a fundraiser called Raise a Fork, Raise awareness for adoption during National Adoption Month. All proceeds raised went towards AFTH. Thank you for putting on an amazing fundraising event!
