National Social Work Month is all about celebrating our agency’s dynamite adoption social workers. It is not a secret that a social worker’s job extends beyond the hours 9 to 5, Monday-Friday. There is so much more that goes into being an adoption social worker than just holding meetings and showing up at the hospital for placements. It is time for us to show you what goes on behind-the-scenes while social workers are on the job!
For National Social Work Month 2020 we are running a month-long campaign called #SocialWorkBTS, “BTS” stands for behind-the-scenes. Be sure to check out our Facebook and Twitter this month to hear about all the unexpected tasks social workers did on the job throughout the years.
