2615 aThank you for taking the time to get to know me. I have always wanted to be a mom, and I hope that I am able to express the love I have to give to a child.

My family is my rock. I was raised in a compassionate, imaginative home where I was free to be me. I hope to raise a child in the same environment. I was taught, and, I have always believed, that people should be treated equally and with respect and dignity. This led to a career as a civil rights attorney. I fight for individuals who have been unfairly treated at work.

I love life. I believe every day is an opportunity to learn something new. I have always been curious. As a child, I sought answers to such questions as why are there clouds in the sky or why is there salt in the ocean. I cannot wait to discuss life’s wonders with a child.

I promise to be the best mother I can be. I promise to honor you as the child’s birth parent–the person who brought the child into this world, and the person who gave me the gift of motherhood. I promise to love the child unconditionally; to ensure the child is safe; to care for this precious soul; to make choices that are in the best interest of the child; and to encourage the child to follow his or her dreams.

I hope you have received the support and love you need while making this brave decision. I am dedicated to working together to reach a level of openness that is comfortable for you.
