We are twenty days away from the end of this year. Adoptions From The Heart has had many supporters throughout the year, and we want to thank you all! Here’s a little recap of our 2019 events and fundraisers that have helped Birth Parents all around the country:
Find Her Footing 5k – April 28th, 2019
The 7th Annual Find Her Footing 5k was on April 28th, 2019. We had over 50 participants come out and support the Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund. Participants showed up on their best Super Hero gear to be a hero for adoption and raise some money for birth parents. We were able to raise $1,734.25.
31st Annual Family Picnic – June 2nd, 2019
Every year Adoptions From The Hearts gets together with Adoptive Families and Brith Parents to celebrate Adoption! This day is a day full of games, performances, food, and more. This year we were able to raise $1,125.34 for the Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund.
3rd Annual Zumba-Thon – August 4th, 2019
Our 3rd Annual Zumba-Thon was another success. We had over fifty participants come and enjoy a workout. Participants dance, shimmied and sweat to raise funds for our Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund. We were able to raise $682.39!
Share Your Heart Benefit Concert – November 7th, 2019
This November we had over 80 people coming together to enjoy food, drinks, live music, and more at the Manayunk Brewing Company. We had different performers from all around the Greater Philadelphia area coming together and help us raise funds for the Birth Parent Scholarship Fund. This year we were able to raise $2,900!
Paper Heart Project – Throughout November
Every November Adoptions From The Heart likes to honor adoption by running its annual Paper Heart Project. This is a fun fundraiser that includes different businesses, schools, and individuals coming together and raise funds for the Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund. We are still collecting donations from this project, but so far we have raised over $2,124.

Adoptions From The Heart also partners with different restaurants and businesses throughout the year to raise funds. We want to acknowledge and show our gratitude to them! Here are the businesses that have helped us in our fundraising efforts this year:

Extraordinary Give – Lancaster, PA (raised $3,176.74)
In addition to all the events and fundraisers, we have incredible donors and supporters. We would not be able to support Birth Parents all around the United States if it wasn’t for all of you. We want to thank from the bottom of our hearts to everyone that has supported us this year. Your support counts, even if it is by giving us a like, sharing our stories, attending an event, or donating to our funds. We thank you!
