Hello, we are Liz and Jason and we want to thank you for taking the time to take a look at our profile. We have known that we wanted to become parents since we were first married and we will consider ourselves lucky and blessed if that should happen through adoption.
Liz is a fundraiser for a local art school and Jason makes maps and does analysis for a water utility company. We live in a diverse and fun suburb of Philadelphia in a neighborhood with plenty of parks and a great school district. We believe in giving back to our community and so Liz volunteers at our local library and Jason is a volunteer firefighter.
We are a couple who gets along with one another, laughs a lot, and enjoys time with our family and friends. In many ways, we are very different from one another, but we share a love of our lives together and look forward to expanding our family to include a child.
When we learned about open adoption, we knew we had found an option that we truly believed in. We are committed to the notion that a child should always know his or her birth story, and we feel that there can never be too many people to love the child we will be lucky enough to parent one day.
This is probably not an easy time for you right now, and we respect your love for your child. We wish you peace in all of your decisions and want you to know how much we respect your strength and courage. Thank you for getting to know us a little better.
