This year’s Family Picnics were a blast! We are so grateful to the many AFTH families who joined us across the East Coast to celebrate adoption. We couldn’t have done this without our community of AFTH families and the supporters we’ve gained along the way. Cheers to 40 years of Adoptions From The Heart!! Lukens Park Family Picnic (Wynnewood, New Jersey, Allentown, Central PA, & Delaware)
Our Wynnewood picnic was packed, and it was truly a great day in the park. We had the awesome DJ Rambo and some great craft vendors! For Wynnewood, this was the 35th Annual Picnic! And we are so proud to have had one of our largest turnouts in a long time.
The AFTH food tent was a hit, and we had some amazing raffle baskets to hand out! Thank you to the craft vendors who supported our event and showcased their products. Check out this short video to peek into the picnic and hear why parents choose AFTH!
Virginia Family Picnic
Major thanks to Cecilia, Katie, and Kimberly for hosting such a great picnic this year in Virginia. We had 34 lovely attendees of birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and even birth grandparents! Thank you all for your continued support!!
Connecticut Family Picnic
Our Annual Family Picnic in Connecticut was a unifying opportunity for birth families and adoptive families local to Connecticut. We had raffle prizes and a ton of fun in the sun. Congratulations to our Birth Mom who won Hartford Wolf Pack tickets! And thank you to the Hartford Wolf Pack, who donated tickets to our picnic raffle!
Supporting Adoption
We raised over $2,500 for the agency’s programs and our Expecting & Birth Parent Support Fund! Thank you to those who contributed and donated to support the good we do here at AFTH. Your consistent dedication to AFTH is an honor, and we see you!!
