Our road to parenthood was long and bumpy with many roadblocks. We had to shift directions many times during the process, but we were determined not to lose hope. Hope and keeping the faith is what brought us to our daughter, Aaliyah. Our journey to parenthood has ended, but our job as parents is just beginning. We feel blessed every day to have been placed with such a beautiful gift. We know parenting will have challenges for us, but just like our journey to parenthood, we will be ready throughout that parenting process to shift directions, face challenges, and overcome those challenges, never losing our faith. Our hearts are thankful to be blessed with Aaliyah.
